About Alex Russo

Alex Russo is a children's and SFF (science fiction and fantasy) indie author (essentially just a fancy term for someone who writes stories and self-publishes them). His writing style is patterned after Brian Jacques, JRR Tolkien, Cixin Liu, and Jules Verne.

He began writing stories at the age of six, usually creating superhero comics or fan fiction pieces. At the age of ten, he wrote his very first fan-fiction novel. While working on a prequel, he picked up the ideas for another series, which evolved into the Sidereal Chronicles over the course of five years. At the age of twelve, he wrote his first children's book and published it at age fifteen. He is on Goodreads, YouTube, Substack, and Blogger.

When he is not writing or studying, he enjoys playing Destiny and Halo, teaching himself foreign languages, walking his dog, and spending time with family and friends.
